Didn't they fill approvals for villa in this same site earlier now they have filled for 2 residential tower means no more villas?

Found this comment on a forum regarding the site: Originally started as T4-T5 of Phoenix 285 SEZ, then converted to an apartment project, then converted to a villa project (For which they gotRERA), but again converted back to an apartment project (Different specs). Quite the roller coaster, maybe they'll want to change it a couple more times just to be sure.,,,,I don't think they are moving forward with it their has been no update since 2 months

yes, but increasing density in same area means more profit so they followed the same path as other builders
